Q: What is your experience? How many projects have you completed?

A: Started with serving 1 potential customer from US, ACOM Solutions, Inc. Today, we have worked on 12 VB, Java, C# and ASP.NET projects for them. This gives us extensive expertise on making software work for the web and desktop application. We have experience in developing B2B eCommerce, Document & Payment Management, healthcare, Enterprise Application Integration, and other applications.

Q: What is your development methodology?

Q: How do you ensure client confidentiality?

A: We are committed to the security and confidentiality of the information that you share with us. With the aim of giving you a safe outsourcing experience with maximum benefits we have set up a reliable information security system.

To ensure confidentiality of information, we encourage our customers to sign in a Confidential Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the very initial stage of project discussion. The NDA has legal binding and is an important document which ensures the total security of your information in our hands. We also do not publish about our client projects unless we get prior permission. We ensure that your information is safe in our hands.

Q: Can I contact the appropriate parties working on our project? If so could we do so via phone? During what hours can I contact you?

A: Yes. We would recommend that you interact primarily with the Project Managers in order to minimize miscommunications within your team. We are comfortable to communication via email, chat or phone (preferably between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM GMT).

Q: What happens if I am unhappy with the programmer?

A: We will be directly responsible for the team which is working for you. If you are not satisfied with the employees, we can either modify the process or provide you with a replacement.

Q: What are your testing procedures?

A: At EZIT Solutions, we have a dedicated Testing Team. They work from Use Cases to prepare Functionality and Performance Test cases. All projects undergo different types of test depending on the project's complexity and requirements.

The levels of testing include Unit Test, Integration Test, System Level Tests and Acceptance Test. We also do conduct regression testing using automated testing tools or manual testing procedures.

Q: How do I submit my resume?

Q: How long is my resume kept on file?

A: We will keep your resume active in our database for six months. If an EZIT Solutions Recruiter does not contact you within this six-month period, and you are still interested in employment, you may submit an updated resume at that time. All submissions will receive immediate, confidential consideration.

Q: What happens to my resume once it is submitted?

A: After receiving your cover letter and resume, we will immediately send you a "Thank You and Confirmation Letter."

Since job openings change regularly, we continually and automatically check your resume to determine if it matches the requirements for all open positions. EZITS Recruiters will contact the candidates who best match our available openings.

If you are not contacted within a six-month period by a EZITS Recruiter, but did receive a Thank You and Confirmation Letter, this simply means your skill sets did not match the requirements of our open job opportunities. If after the six-month period you are still interested in a career at EZITS, we invite you to re-submit your most updated resume.
