EZIT Solutions understands the value of applying consistent software development processes and the important or measuring results. Our software process is based on the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) standard. This ensures that we deliver defect-free, reliable software to our clients, with strict adherence to budgets and timelines.

Standard Software Development Process

We typically follow a full- featured traditional sever-phase software development process in CMMI standard whether it is a new application or the maintenance/migration/enhancement of an existing application. It will mark the company's full growth in developing software with high quality and meeting exceeding international standards.

We are now currently building well-defined processes for each of the specialized technologies used to develop an application.These processes will support all phases of the project, from project definition, analysis, design, programming and testing to acceptance and deployment.

For clients who are working on fast-track e-business/e-commerce projects with very demanding schedules, we follow the RAD method instead of the traditional seven-phase development method.
