2011 Nha Trang Trip

The company announced that this summer, the Outing trip destination will be Nha Trang. The staffs were so eager for this trip to release all the stresses from work and daily life. Even though there were no team building activities as we had normally had in the previous years, everyone was still busy to prepare for their team’s repertoires in the Gala Dinner with the hope to bring up the most excellent, fantastic and beautiful shows. The clock was counting down every single day. One month before the departure date, the spirit of let-go-to-the-sea trip already blew up the whole office.

Good news, departure date finally came. Bad news, the weather suddenly changed. There was a storm that forecasted would landing soon. However, with more than seventy-people who were so excited to explore Nha Trang and ready to go; that hardly was an obstacle. The excitement was understandable. The trip was a chance for all members of the company; no matter old or new member, to be close to each other more. More significantly, that was the chance for new members to cope with the company’s tradition – work hard and play hard.

We set off at 9.30 PM in 2 buses, one for all singles and the other for whom has families. Hopefully by doing so, next year there will be some people from bus 1 this year shift to bus 2. And that was one supporting solution from our company. With all the jokes, funny stories and tricks shared around, everyone was getting closer and therefore, the 450 Km distance seemed like not so far at all. Frankly speaking, EZIT has the most friendliness working environment among all I.T company at Hochiminh City. The strong connection of our members in every games and activities was the key factor to K.O the tour guides. The night was getting late and slowly, everyone went to sleep while the vehicles aimed straight to the sea city.

Nha Trang City – First day, 7.30 AM

After a long night trip, we arrived at Nha Trang with sleepy faces and unkempt hair. However, it was like immediately we freshened up for breakfast and ready for our first visiting spot, Con Se Tre Island. Nha Trang has an advantage with long white sandy beach and turquoise water. There was clearly no sight of the storm had been forecasted last night, we had very nice weather that day. It was a good reason to add up the excitement we all had. We set sail to Con Se Tre Island from Cau Da habor. While waiting for the ship, cameras started busily flashing here and there to save back all the great moments.

The feeling of returning to the sea, harmonized by the sound of waves alongside the boat, mixed with the chit-chat around, calling each other for photo shooting, made everything just great. The 30-minute-trip from Cau Da harbor to Con Se Tre Island was full of joy and excitement. Almost all members of EZIT are young or young at heart and love to travel, explore and sharing so this trip totally suited them.

After visiting Con Se Tre Island, we divided into two groups. One continued to visit VinPearland and the other checked in at hotel for some rest before heading out to explore the city at night. This trip was meant for Free and Easy so everyone can choose their own plan or join a set up program by the company. This actually was a successful factor since we could have some time to rest before the next round.

Nha Trang City – Second day

We got up early for breakfast at the hotel and then spent the whole day at Bai Dai, one of the most beautiful beach at Nha Trang. By the evening, the Gala Dinner was something to be well prepared for with clothes, costumes, make-ups etc. Venue of the night was at Angella, a restaurant in one of the hotels on Tran Hung Dao street.

The Gala Dinner was brilliantly organized by the Board of Directors and it was always the playground for all members of EZIT to show how artistic they are. Everyone immersed in the shows, cheered up like real fans. Once again, that showed how EZITers are – work hard, play hard. New members once joined the company always compared the working environment here with previous places and commenced ‘the people here are so friendly and sociable’. It has been a company’s culture to build up the strong connection between members within the organization.

Returning day

Said goodbye to Nha Trang after having loads of fun and excitement, all miserable issues were left behind. It was a great trip that we had and hardly expecting that it could be more interesting. The trip served its ultimate goal, to connect all members in the company and build up a strong relationship between the company and staff members. We all hope there would be another exciting trip next summer.
